I got the official letter in the mail today. I was accepted to the program I applied to and will be starting culinary training in April in Chicago. Who's coming to visit me and eat my homework?Now to just pack all the boxes, hire a moving van, drive out there, unpack, buy a couch and new pillows, decorate.... I think I'll stop there, for that list sounds a bit daunting right now.
